Tickets to Fargo-Moorhead ComicCon (FM ComicCon) are issued as a revocable license. FM ComicCon reserves the right to deny or revoke admission without compensation if a ticket holder engages in disorderly behavior or violates any FM ComicCon rules or policies. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow all FM ComicCon guidelines, including safety protocols, code of conduct, harassment policies, and any additional rules published on the official FM ComicCon website or displayed throughout the venue.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the FM ComicCon Ticket Purchase & Licensure Agreement, including all stated terms and conditions. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted for any reason. In rare instances where a cancellation request is approved at FM ComicCon’s sole discretion, all fees already paid remain non-refundable.

Special guests, programming, panels, and scheduled events may change without notice. Guest cancellations or program adjustments will not result in ticket refunds. FM ComicCon will make every reasonable effort to secure suitable replacements when necessary.
